Hi! I’m Jaylene, founder of Impact Medical Cosmetics. I started this company after countless years of experience in various sectors of the beauty industry and finding that what is often lacking in this field is something that I find to be the most valuable and important…exceptional customer service and ability to make the client feel like they truly matter.
My passion is people and my sole purpose for starting Impact was to provide an impactful and completely comfortable experience for each and every patient. This industry has been known to be a little intimidating and often times women (men too!) are seeking out these treatments for a boost in confidence or other feel good benefits. That is why our #1 priority is to ensure that they leave feeling great about themselves, not only on the outside but inside as well.
I’m honoured to have an incredible team by my side that is also committed to our mission and I look forward to expanding the ways in which we can make a positive Impact in our community.

Gina Tadros is an Advanced Injector and Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She specializes in neurotoxins, dermal filler, facial balancing, and PRP, with a strong focus on supporting long-term skin health and regenerative outcomes.
Her work in facial balancing is guided by a highly developed sense of harmony, proportion, and precision, allowing her to deliver results that are refined, natural, and uniquely tailored to each client. Known for her meticulous technique and extensive product knowledge, Gina is deeply committed to achieving outcomes that enhance rather than alter.
Dedicated to clinical excellence, Gina regularly participates in advanced aesthetic training and international conferences to ensure her patients benefit from the most current, evidence-based treatments delivered with the highest safety standards.

Bailey Baribault
Advanced Nurse Injector
Bailey is a highly skilled and certified aesthetic nurse with over three years of experience in providing a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, PRP therapy, and more. She graduated with Honours from the Practical Nursing program at Mohawk-McMaster Institute of Applied Health Sciences and is currently advancing her expertise by completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Nipissing University. Alongside her aesthetic work, Bailey has gained valuable experience in hospital settings, working in acute medicine, mental health, and rehabilitation, which has strengthened her holistic approach to patient care.
Her commitment to helping clients look and feel their best is reflected in the care and attention she brings to every treatment. With a gentle demeanor and approach, Bailey ensures her clients always feel comfortable and at ease during their sessions. Dedicated to guiding her clients on their anti-aging journey, Bailey believes in a personalized approach, ensuring every client feels confident and empowered. Thea Pigeon
RN
Thea graduated from the University of Windsor in 2007 and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She specializes in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and has focused her career on providing care to children.
Thea developed a passion for Aesthetic Medicine when learning how to improve her own skin and signs of aging. She received her training at the Chelsey Institute of Beauty & Health and has also gained knowledge and techniques from other advanced injectors in the industry.
